We believe giving is better then receiving but as much as it’s our job to create gorgeous gifts to thoughtfully welcome your guests to town, it’s equally our mission to give you a stress-free experience where you don’t lift a finger from start to finish.

With our custom gift boxes we have a defined process in place so the sales process from order to delivery runs smooth.

Inquiry & Communication

You have the perfect event or occasion and want to give your guests something special. Fill out the inquiry form at the bottom of the page. Here you can enter the practical information about the occasion like date, place and expected number of gifts required.

We will contact you shortly after to discuss your inquiry by phone or online meeting. When you decide we can work together we can move forward to the next step.

Design & Approval

You will sign and pay our retainer and complete our BlueZircle Gift Questionnaire. This information helps us to personalise gifts just for you. We create an gift design concept for your review.

We will revise the gift design until you are completely satisfied. After the confirmation of the final design and payment we start to order products.

Assembly & Delivery

We will build the personalised gift boxes according to the final design and we will take care of all aspects of shipping and delivery. You do not have to worry about a thing!
