Return policy
GENERAL INFORMATION
Is something not quite right or have you changed your mind? You can return or exchange the unaltered product(s) within 14 days of delivery without charge, with the exception of transport costs. We only accept undamaged items that are in their original state.
TO RETURN YOUR ORDER VIA MYPARCEL THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
- Add the completed return form to the parcel, or write down the requested information on a piece of paper
- Affix the return label to the parcel over your own address details
- Deliver the parcel to a PostNL location. Find the nearest PostNL location here
- You will immediately receive a shipping note with track & trace code
- The costs are € 5.95 and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
FOR COUNTRIES BESIDES THE NETHERLANDS
- Enclose the completed return form ( Dutch or English ) with the package, or write the requested information on a note
- Attach the return label over your own address details on the package
- The costs are € 9.95 and will be deducted from the amount to be repaid afterwards
Return shipments that have been sent outside the specified legal timeframe or that have not been received in their original condition can be refused by BlueZircle. If you want to return items from different orders, this is allowed in one shipment, do not forget to send a separate return form for both. Without a return form, returns cannot be processed correctly.
REFUNDS
As soon as we have received your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt by e-mail. Within a week of processing your return, we will refund you the amount you paid via your chosen payment method. Shipping costs and any damage will be deducted from this amount.
COMPLAINTS
In addition to your right of withdrawal, you are entitled by law to a reliable product. Should this not be the case through our fault, we are happy to work with you to find a solution. If you have a complaint about a purchased item, please let us know. In that case, please contact our customer service and state the following details:
- Name and address
- Order number
- Description of your complaint
- If the complaint is about the quality of our clothing, please include a picture of the issue if possible
- If you have returned an item of clothing that was not of the correct quality, we will also refund the return costs incurred. We will send you a new article without extra costs.
FAULTY RETURNS
BlueZircle is not responsible for returns made to other companies, should you do so by mistake you can arrange a collection with our customer service within 30 days. We do not provide a service for this and all costs are for your own account.
